Christian Science Nursing Network, Inc. (CSNN) is a not-for-profit corporation organized exclusively to support the individual and collective practice of Christian Science nurses.

CSNN oversees the planning, organization and management of the biennial International Christian Science Nursing Conferences and publishes Vision Now!, an e-newsletter by and for Christian Science nurses which offers timely information and practical, inspiring, and enriching ideas which encourage and support the healing ministry of Christian Science nurses.
