CSNN sponsors biennial Conferences that draw Christian Science nurses from around the world. The last Conference was held in September 2011 at CedarS Camps in Lebanon, Missouri in the USA. Christian Science nurses attended from Australia, Canada, France, South Africa, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Before the CSNN Board left CedarS in September, arrangements were made for us to return in 2013. The tentative dates at this time are: arrival on Wednesday, September 4 for an evening Testimony Meeting and departure time right after breakfast on Sunday, September 8, 2013.

All Journal-listed Christian Science nurses and those Christian Scientists that are working to become Journal-listed Christian Science nurses are welcome.
