Conference Registration

Fees for the Conference are divided into two parts.

Part I is paid to CSNN.

Part II is paid to CedarS Camps.

PART II: Accommodations/Meals

Enrollment Fee $10.

Cedars is providing accommodations and meals in a special all-inclusive package.

* Plan A : $255 – Shared cabin with a dormitory style bath (assigned or request up to 5 roommates). $75 – Cost per each additional day.

* Plan B: $300Full – NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

* Plan C: Full – NO LONGER AVAILABLE

* Plan D: Full – NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

 

PART II Continued – Transportation to CedarS

You can fly into the St. Louis Lambert International (STL) Airport. When you arrive, you can either rent a car from the many choices at the airport and drive to the camps or you can take the CedarS eXpress chartered bus ($42 each way).

Be alert when booking your airline flights. In order to take advantage of the CedarS eXpress you MUST arrive at the airport before the bus departs at 2PM on Wednesday. If returning to St. Louis on Sunday, your flight out CANNOT leave before 2PM.

PART II Continued – Optional Recreational Activity

There are endless opportunities for fun and recreation at CedarS. During free time, you may take advantage of the ping pong and foosball tables, grass volleyball court, hiking trails and of course, the study rooms with bound volumes and computer access. There is a 300-foot water-slide, lap pool and diving well with on-duty lifeguards during recreation time each day. CedarS is making available a few special activities that will carry and additional fee for each activity.
